At least 3 years relevant experience with fluent English and Mandarin. Work independently. Responsible to to deliver sustainable profitable sales growth of the business within the strategic targets and manage all functions within the sales region to achieve targets set for revenue, profitability and market share. Drive profitable growth by defining a regional strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s Global Strategy. Expand business in the region by successfully executing company’s global strategy. Build and develop strong relationship with strategic alliances and mega vendors. Collaborate with the Global a/c and other key stakeholders to deliver the company’s short and long termed sales and profit targets. Identify critical development areas for the sales and technical team. Develop local Commercial & Technical Teams to deliver the Profitable Sales Growth. |
