2 years or above relevant experience. Responsible for project Management from time of receiving Artwork to quote, prototyping, tooling, through mass production; Provide technical expertise relative to product development for hard toys; Review product safety, arrange continous study to improve product’s quality and maintain low product’s cost; Manage/evaluate planning, scheduleing, tooling configuration, material selection, costing, pilot runs, critical dates and milestones. Travel to PRC Factory occasionally. |
