at least 3 years relevant experience in 3PL. Responsible to manage and oversee the warehouse and daily operations of logistics management services; Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency; Build and sustain good relationship with our customers and explore potential customers; Monitor and manage the performance of service providers to ensure excellent service is provided; Make constructive suggestion to management for continuous improvement; Set up and keep a good operations, document control and filing system within the department that can meet both the statutory requirement and ISO 9001; Work closely with warehouse departments to maintain all operating procedures, safety practices, training requirements and documentation and complied with rules and regulations. |
