At least 3 years relevant experience. Responsible to perform all-round secretarial, administration and HR functions including benefit review, recruitment configuration, training plan, HR planning & management of database. Visa or work permit application & extension, and taxation for Expatriated Staff. Assist in maintaining effective communication intra companies to keep high work efficiency of all offices (HK & China). Assist internal & external audit & ensure various compliance of law & regulation & etc. for Hong Kong & China (including labor & tax laws) well follow standard requirement as set by local Government. |
