5 years or above solid experience in handle Government tender project. Responsible to develop a strong and insightful understanding of the Hong Kong outsourcing market to ensure the business is competitively positioned to secure emerging opportunities; develop and implement business development strategies and win plans that will achieve short, medium and long-term profitable growth targets; build pipeline of good business opportunities to secure business growth; develop and maintain close customer relationship with regular visits, meetings, and business review; ensure all business development activities comply with relevant Corporate business development Policies, Governance, Acts, legal demands and ethical standards. |
