At least 5 years solid experience in Luggage with at least 3 years managerial level. Responsible to lead a team of Merchandisers ( Hong Kong, Shanghai and Quanzhou ); Report to directors; Provide / Receive product briefs and coordinate between office and factory; Analyze market trend reports, sales reports, engage in strategic product discussion and price negotiation; Attend trade shows in Asia and abroad; Coordinate sourcing discussion /follow up on new factory engagement; Frequent travel to Shanghai, Quanzhou for operations, APAC for sourcing potential factories. |
